Directions for use

Drink 1-2 Servings Daily.
1) Add 1 Tablespoons loose leaf tea blend to your infuser or strainer. Place your infuser in your favorite tea mug.
2) Bring 8 oz water to boil.
3) Pour boiled water over tea. 
4) Cover and let steep for 10-12 minutes.
5) Strain herbs and enjoy!

To avoid oxidation store in airtight container away from light at room temperature 59-75F.

Quite Flavorful

A lovely blend that always calms my mind and lightens my mood. I was sad to hear that it was going to be a seasonal blend, so I purchased the large container which I will keep to refill next spring. But for now I enjoying this blend while it last. (:
